SERVINGS: 1 9-INCH PIE CRUST– 1 1/2 cups (180 grams) graham cracker crumb– 1/3 cup (65 grams) granulated sugar– 5-6 tablespoons (70-85 grams) unsalted butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend or process graham crackers into fine crumbs. Mix sugar and crumbs in a bowl. Use melted butter to moisten all the crumbs.

Scoop the mixture into a 9-9.5 inch pie plate (or springform pan) and press it into an even layer on the bottom and sides.

To make a pie crust, bake the crust at 350°F for 10 minutes, or until it gets a little brown.
