Game day spreads go well with these ham and cheese sliders. For a small, hearty ham and cheese sandwich, try these sliders. Sliders work for anything from snack parties to light dinners.
Ingredient
– 1 12-count package of Hawaiian dinner roll– ¼ cup mayonnaise– ½ pound sliced ham– ¼ pound sliced Swiss cheese– 1 stick salted butter, melted– 2 tablespoons brown sugar– 2 tablespoons stone-ground mustard– 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce– ½ teaspoon dried minced onion– ½ teaspoon poppy seed

Middle-cut the rolls pack in two. On top and bottom of buns, spread mayo.

Put the bottom half in a baking dish, then add ham and Swiss cheese. Put the second roll half on top.

Melted butter, sugar, stone-ground mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and dry chopped onion should be mixed.

Before topping the constructed rolls with poppy seeds, pour the mixture equally over them.

Be sure to cover and place in the refrigerator for at least two hours or overnight.

After refrigerating, preheat oven to 350 F. Cut the sliders in the baking dish to make removal simpler.

Put them in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the tops turn golden brown. Serve right away.
