These dense, chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bars are easy to make and packed with peanut butter and chocolate chips. The easiest dessert for any season!
INGREDIENTS
SERVINGS: 16 BLONDIES– 1/2 cup (115 grams) unsalted butter , melted– 1 cup (200 grams) light or dark brown sugar– 1/2 cup (125 grams) creamy peanut butter– 1 large egg , room temperature– 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract– 1 and 1/2 cups (190 grams) all-purpose flour , spooned & leveled– 1/4 teaspoon salt– 1/2 cup (95 grams) semi-sweet chocolate chip
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Set aside an 8-inch square baking pan lined with aluminum foil, leaving an overhang for easy removal.

Mix butter and brown sugar in a big bowl. Add peanut butter, egg, and vanilla and mix. Mix flour and salt until combined, then add chocolate chips.

Put the batter in the baking pan and spread it evenly. You can sprinkle more chocolate chips on top and gently press them into the blondies.

Bake blondies at 350°F for 30–35 minutes until set. Remove from oven and cool for 1 hour before cutting into bars.
