Why have a regular grilled cheese sandwich when you can have cheddar and apple? Developer Jessica Morone's recipe lets you satisfy your cheese cravings with apple slices' sweetness and texture.
Prepare a nonstick skillet of 12 inches in diameter by heating it over medium-low heat.

Cover one side of each bread piece with mayonnaise. Put 2 mayonnaise-side-down bread pieces in the skillet.

On one slice of bread, pour half the honey. Add half the arugula and half the brie. Add 2 cheddar cheese slices and half the apple pieces to the other bread.

Let the pan heat for 3 minutes with the cover on to brown the bread and melt the cheese.

Flip the brie half on top of the cheddar half when the cheese melts.

Cover the pan and cook the sandwich for 3–4 minutes to melt the cheese.

Repeat with second sandwich.Slice sandwiches diagonally and serve warm.
