Easy, non-sweet apple muffin recipe! I add more cinnamon for flavor. Great with tea or coffee for breakfast.
– 2 cups all-purpose flour– ¼ cup white sugar– 2 teaspoons baking powder– ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon– ½ teaspoon salt– 1 cup milk– 1 large egg, beaten– ¼ cup butter, melted– 1 cup apple - peeled, cored, and chopped

Set the oven's temperature to 400°F, or 200°C. Grease 12 muffin tins lightly or line with paper liners.

Combine salt, sugar, flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. In another basin, stir together butter, egg, and milk.

Whisk together the egg mixture and flour mixture. Fold the apple pieces that have been chopped. Fill muffin tins with batter.

For 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the muffins comes out clean, bake in a preheated oven.
