Delicious blondie-cookie bar that resembles a hybrid of a peanut butter blossom cookie and a fluffernutter sandwich! 

– 1 cup butter, softened – 1 cup packed brown sugar – ¾ cup creamy peanut butter – ½ cup white sugar – 1 egg – 1 egg yolk – 2 cups all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon baking soda – ½ teaspoon salt – 2 cups chocolate chip – 1 ½ cups miniature marshmallow

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Prepare a baking dish measuring 9 by 13 inches by greasing it.

In a bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar, peanut butter, and white sugar until smooth and creamy. Gently whisk in the egg and egg yolk.

Just until batter is combined, gradually add in flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold marshmallows and chocolate chunks gently into batter. Pour batter into baking dish that has been prepared.

Bake 15–20 minutes in preheated oven until edges are gently browned. The center sets when cooled. Let cool for 30 minutes before slicing.
