Air Fryer Chicken and Potatoes Recipe

This low-fat Air Fryer Chicken and Potatoes is a classic combination of tender chicken and golden potatoes in one pot. The air fryer makes chicken and potatoes crispy without oil. My fastest dinner ever!

Ingredient

– 1 pound boneless chicken thigh – 4 medium-sized potatoes  – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon paprika – 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme optional – 1 teaspoon Salt to taste – 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper – 2 Tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley

Start by heating your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. This makes skin crispy.

Mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme (if using), salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Cover all sides of the chicken thighs with the spice mixture.

Use a separate bowl for potato chunks. Dress with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss potatoes to coat.

Skin-side down, place chicken thighs in air fryer basket. Air fryers vary in size, so you may need to cook in batches. Cook chicken thighs 10-12 minutes. Use tongs to flip the chicken thighs carefully.

In the air fryer basket, place seasoned potato chunks around the chicken thighs. Single-layer them for even cooking.Continue cooking the chicken and potatoes for 15-20 minutes until the chicken thighs reach 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
