– For Blanching Green Bean– 16 cups Water– 4 Tablespoons Salt– 16 cups Water with Ice– Casserole Ingredient– 4 cups Fresh Green Beans ends trimmed (1 lb or 400 g)– 1 can (14 oz) Condensed Cream Of Mushroom Soup– 1 cup Fried Onions 1/2 cup for mixing, 1/2 cup for topping– Salt – to taste

Prep Green Beans
Trim and cut beans into 1-inch chunks. Clean, drain, and dry.
Add salt and water to a big pot. Bring to boil.

Add green beans to boiling water for 3 minutes.
Put beans in ice water for 3 minutes after boiling.
Drain the green beans and set aside.

Make casserole
In an oven-safe bowl, mix blanched green beans, soup, and 1/2 cup fried onions.

Air-fry for 10 minutes at 360 F/180 C. Top the casserole with the remaining 1/2 cup of fried onions and air fry for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy.
