Avocado Crab Salad Recipe

If you're a seafood aficionado, lettuce (see what we did there?) introduce you to crab salad. Most of us serve chicken or tuna salad on lettuce or between two buns.

Ingredient

– 1 tablespoon olive oil – 3 tablespoons mayonnaise – Juice of half a lemon – 1 tablespoon finely chopped chive – 1 small mild red chili pepper, finely chopped – Salt and pepper to taste – 6 cherry tomatoes, finely chopped – 1 small avocado, diced – 7 ounces crab meat – Lettuce leaves to serve

Direction

Mix oil, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, chile, and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Combine the crab meat, avocado, and cherry tomatoes in a mixing bowl.

The crab salad should be spooned on top of the lettuce leaves that have been arranged in the serving bowls.
