Chilled Copycat Crumble Sugar Cookie Recipe

Crumbl's cooled sugar cookie is no longer served, but you can make it at home and eat it anytime. Large almond sugar cookies with pink frosting are their speciality. Unlike decorated sugar cookies, these are soft and chewy inside.

Ingredient

– 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature – 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar – 1 egg – 1 tablespoon milk – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Frosting

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature – 2 cups powdered sugar – 1 tablespoon milk – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instruction

Warm the oven up to 350°F. Put paper or silicone mats on two baking sheets and set them aside.

Put the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium-sized bowl and mix them together. Put away.

Mix softened butter and sugar in a stand mixer or hand mixer for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy. Beat egg, milk, and vanilla until combined.

Until a thick dough is formed, gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the mixture.

Place rounded tablespoons of dough on the baking sheets that have been prepared, leaving a distance of two inches between each one.

Bake the edges for eight to ten minutes, or until they have a light brown colour. Put the baked goods on the baking sheet and let them cool for five minutes before moving them to a wire rack to finish cooling totally.

To make the frosting, cool the butter and beat it until it's smooth. Pour the milk, vanilla, and powdered sugar into the bowl. Mix until fluffy and light.

Once the cookies are cool, frost them and enjoy! Keep in a container that keeps air out for up to 5 days.
