Chorizo And Mozzarella Gnocchi Bake Recipe
The hearty Chorizo and Mozzarella Gnocchi Bake is baked to perfection with mildly spicy chorizo, creamy mozzarella, and soft potato gnocchi in a rich tomato sauce. The recipe is simple and quick.
Ingredient
– 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
– 1 Tablespoon Garlic
– 1 Cup Onions chopped
– 4 Chorizo Sausage
– 1 lb Tomato Can (400 g)
– 1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
– 1 teaspoon Salt
– 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
– 1 teaspoon Sugar
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon Italian herb
– 1 lb Gnocchi (400 g)
– 1/2 lb Mozzarella (200 g)
– 1/2 Cup Fresh Basil

Heat olive oil in a deep saucepan and fry chopped onions and garlic until soft. Add diced chorizos and fry for 5 minutes.

Add tomato paste and canned tomatoes. Adding salt, pepper, paprika, sugar, and dried herbs.

You can add the gnocchi after the tomatoes are done cooking.
