Classic Fresh Guacamole Recipe

Guacamole: dip or spread? The question is. We only know that guacamole goes beyond tortilla chips. That is a basic way to eat guacamole, but there are many more excellent ways to complement it.

Ingredient

– 3 large ripe avocado – 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro – 2 tablespoons diced jalapeño – 2 tablespoons diced red onion – juice and zest of 1 lime – ½ teaspoon granulated garlic – 1 teaspoon coarse salt

Direction

Cut the avocados in half and take out the pits. Take out the meat and put it in a medium-sized bowl.

To mash the avocado, use a fork, but be sure to leave some lumps.

Chop up the jalapeño, red onion, cilantro, lime zest, lime juice, garlic, and salt.
