Guacamole: dip or spread? The question is. We only know that guacamole goes beyond tortilla chips. That is a basic way to eat guacamole, but there are many more excellent ways to complement it.
Ingredient
– 3 large ripe avocado– 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro– 2 tablespoons diced jalapeño– 2 tablespoons diced red onion– juice and zest of 1 lime– ½ teaspoon granulated garlic– 1 teaspoon coarse salt
Direction
Cut the avocados in half and take out the pits. Take out the meat and put it in a medium-sized bowl.

To mash the avocado, use a fork, but be sure to leave some lumps.

Chop up the jalapeño, red onion, cilantro, lime zest, lime juice, garlic, and salt.

In order to mix, stir. Served or chilled with the lid on.
