Cranberry Bliss Bars Recipe 

Homemade Cranberry Bliss Bars—a Starbucks favorite! They taste like the original and are easy to create at home!

BARS: – ▢1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted – ▢1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar – ▢2 egg – ▢1 teaspoon orange extract – ▢1 teaspoon vanilla extract – ▢1/2 teaspoon ground ginger – ▢1 teaspoon baking powder – ▢1/2 teaspoon salt – ▢2 cups all purpose flour – ▢1 cup white chocolate chip – ▢3/4 cup Craisin FROSTING AND TOPPING: – ▢8 oz. cream cheese, softened – ▢1 1/2 cups powdered sugar – ▢1/2 teaspoon orange extract – ▢1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract – ▢1/3 cup Craisins, roughly chopped – ▢2 squares white baking chocolate or almond bark, melted

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 15x10 or 13x9 jelly roll pan or rimmed cookie sheet with parchment.

Medium-speed electric mixers whisk melted butter and brown sugar. Mix eggs, orange essence, and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and ginger. Never overmix.

Manually add Craisins and white chocolate. Place pan contents. Bake 18–22 minutes until firm and brown. Overbake hard bars less. Cooling wire-rack pan. Freeze bars.

With an electric mixer, cream cheese and powdered sugar become creamy for frosting. Mix with 1/2 tsp orange and vanilla. Ice bars. Fork-drizz white chocolate over chopped Craisins.

To make streaks, I dip my fork in chocolate and gently shake it over the bars. Slice immediately and enjoy, or refrigerate the bars for an hour (as I do) to set up before cutting. Triangle-cut and enjoy!
