Creamy Fruit Popsicles Recipe 

Every freezer should have Creamy Fruit Popsicles, a healthy summer snack. This recipe simply needs creamy Greek yoghurt, fruit jam, milk (ideally coconut milk), and vanilla. It never gets easier. Extra creamy, fruity, and tasty. 

Ingredient

– 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt – 1/2 cup fruit jam (I use blackberry, strawberry, raspberry, and mango peach) – 1/4 cup whole milk or canned coconut milk – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix yoghurt, fruit jam, milk, and vanilla in a bowl. The combination may be overly creamy, so add milk.

Divide mixture evenly between 6-8 Dixie cups or popsicles moulds. Moulds make pops hard to remove, therefore I recommend Dixie cups.

Put popsicle sticks in. Freeze 4 hours or overnight until hard. Layer popsicles by pouring 2-3 flavours into each mould. Store in the freezer until eating!
