Dill Pickle Pasta Salad Recipe

Simple side dish Dill Pickle Shell Pasta Salad is perfect. Great for outdoor family gatherings, potlucks, holiday dinners, or pairing with any main dish.  

– ½ pound dry shell pasta – ¾ cup pickles  – ⅔ cup cheddar cheese  – 1 tablespoons white onion  – 3 tablespoons fresh dill – ½ cup pickle juice – 1 tablespoon red onion

Cook the pasta until the texture is al dente. To end the cooking process, rinse the cooked pasta under cold water.

Mix the pasta that has been cooked and allowed to cool with half a cup of dill pickle juice.

You should let it marinate for about five minutes, after which you should drain it and throw away the remaining juice.

Combine the dressing ingredients in a bowl and stir. Mix together all the ingredients in a separate bowl.
