Easy Baked Kale Chips Recipe
Kale is definitely a healthy food. Healthline calls kale one of the most nutrient-dense vegetables on Earth, full with vitamins and antioxidants.

– 1 bunch curly kale
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic granule
– 1 teaspoon flaky salt

Warm the oven up to 300 F. If your oven has a fan setting, use it to bake.

Fill a large dish with filtered water and soak the kale for two minutes. Strip the kale leaves off the stems in a colander.
