Easy Brioche French Toast Recipe

Like french toast but want to spice it up? You're at the correct spot! Instead of normal bread, this recipe uses brioche bread, which is buttery and somewhat sweet, making it ideal for french toast. 

Ingredient

– 4 egg – ¾ cup whole milk – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1 tablespoon granulated sugar – 3 tablespoons butter, divided – 10 slices brioche loaf

Direction

Add milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar to beaten eggs in a baking dish. Whisk again to mix.

Put a big pan over medium-low heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.

Add one slice of bread to the egg mix and turn it over to cover both sides.

Brioche should be added to melted, foaming butter. Add as many brioche pieces as fit in the pan—you may need to batch.

Cook the bread for 3 minutes until golden brown, then turn and cook for 3 more minutes.
