Easy Homemade Nicoise Salad Recipe 

I love heavy salads like this quick homemade Nicoise Salad, which can be a meal. Grab a fork and dig in to soft greens, potatoes, eggs, tuna, and a lemony vinaigrette.

Salad Ingredient – Baby Cos Lettuce Roughly tore into piece – 8 oz Tuna Canned – 240 g – 8 Baby Chat Potatoes Or 2 Large White Potatoe – 4 oz Green beans 120 g – Fresh or frozen – 4 Egg – 2 Tomatoes Sliced into 8 piece – 1/2 cup Olives Pitted Kalamata, sliced – 1/2 tsp Salt – 1/4 tsp Pepper French Vinaigrete Dressing – 4 tbsp Olive Oil – 2 tbsp Lemon Juice – 1 tsp Dijon Mustard – 2 cloves Garlic minced – 1/2 tsp Salt – 1/2 tsp Pepper

Assemble Salad Cut baby chat potatoes in half, season, and air fry for 10 minutes. While potatoes cook, slice lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and green beans per instruction card and arrange in a bowl.

Eggs should be boiled for 6-8 minutes. Slice and quarter eggs after cold water peeling.

Add tuna to salad after draining the can. Add eggs to salad. Add potatoes and gently stir salad.
