This Edible Cookie Dough is simple and tasty. Heat-treated flour and egg-free make it safe to eat!
INGREDIENTS
SERVINGS: 2 CUPS– 1 cup (125 grams) all-purpose flour spooned & leveled– 1/2 cup (115 grams) unsalted butter , softened– 1/2 cup (100 grams) packed brown sugar– 3 tablespoons (40 grams) granulated sugar– 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract– 1/4 -1/2 teaspoon salt , adjust to taste– 1 1/2 tablespoons (23 ml) milk– 2/3 cup (120 grams) semi-sweet chocolate chip
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Use parchment on a large baking sheet. One-layer flour on baking sheet. Bake 5-8 minutes at 350°F (177°C) until flour reaches 160°F (71°C). After removing from the oven, let cool.

Mix the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment or a large bowl with a hand-held mixer until well combined. Stir in vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

The mixture will be crumbly after adding the flour. After combining the milk, taste and add salt if needed. Serve and enjoy or cover tightly and refrigerate after mixing in the chocolate chips.
