Ground Beef Pasta (No Tomato Sauce) Recipe
Popular and delicious ground beef pasta recipes (No Tomato Sauce) are filling and hearty. Many pasta recipes call for tomato sauce, but creamy white, olive oil, and garlic and herb sauces are alternatives.
Ingredient
– 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
– 1 Tablespoon Butter
– 1 Cup Onion (Diced)
– 2 Tablespoons Garlic (Minced)
– 1 Pound Ground Beef (400 -500 g)
– 4 Cups Beef Stock
– 2 Bay Leave
– 1 teaspoon Mixed Herb
– 1 teaspoon Salt
– 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
– 4 Cups Penne Pasta
– 2 Cups Mixed Vegetable
– 2 Tablespoon Parsley

Add olive oil and butter to a deep saucepan. Add diced onions and minced garlic to melted butter. Cook until tender and caramelized.

Add beef mince and dried herbs. Fry beef almost done.

Add beef stock and wine (if using)—see liquids. When simmering, add pasta.

Sprinkle salt and pepper. Stir the pasta every few minutes until the liquid is almost absorbed.

Add vegetables and cook 3 minutes. Serve pasta with parsley, chilli flakes, grated cheese, and cream (optional).
