Haystack cookies recipe

Easy no-bake haystack cookies just require three ingredients! Add any sprinkle color for all seasons and holidays.

– 1 (12-ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips (340 grams) – 1 (10-ounce) package peanut butter chips (285 grams) – 5 cups chow mein noodles (270 grams) Optional: Sprinkle

Parchment two big baking sheets. Set aside. Add semi-sweet chocolate and peanut butter chips to a large microwave-safe bowl and mix thoroughly.

Stir thoroughly after each 30-second microwave increment until melted and smooth. Stir the chow mein noodles into the chocolate peanut butter mixture until coated.

On the prepared baking sheets, spoon two tablespoons of the mixture. Sprinkle each one if desired. Place in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to set the chocolate.
