Honestly, we love cooking but detest dishes. So true! In the hectic work week, we prefer one-pot dinners. We choose entrées that use few dishes without losing flavor while organizing evenings.
Ingredient
– 1 pound ground beef– 1 yellow onion, diced– 1 orange bell pepper, diced– 1 teaspoon salt– ½ teaspoon pepper– 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed– 1 (15-ounce) can yellow corn, drained and rinsed– 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoe– 4 cups chicken broth– ½ teaspoon dried oregano1 tablespoon chili powder– ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Prepare a Dutch oven or a big saucepan by heating it over medium heat.

Break up ground beef with a wooden spoon. Cook meat for 8 minutes until no longer pink.

Include onion and bell pepper. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes to tenderize onion.

Put in the tomatoes, oregano, chili powder, red pepper, black beans, and corn. Use a stir to mix.

In order to mix, stir. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer and continue cooking.
