Homemade Peach Cobbler has a sweet biscuit topping and delicious peach filling. This simple dessert goes well with a big scoop of ice cream!
INGREDIENTS
SERVINGS: 6 SERVINGSFOR THE PEACH FILLING:– 5 cups (825 grams) sliced peache– 1/4 cup (50 grams) granulated sugar– 2 tablespoons (15 grams) cornstarch (or cornflour)– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamonFOR THE BISCUIT TOPPING:– 1 cup (125 grams) all-purpose flour , spooned & leveled– 1/3 cup (65 grams) granulated sugar– 1 teaspoon baking powder– 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon– 1/4 teaspoon salt– 3 tablespoons (45 grams) cold unsalted butter , cubed into small piece– 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon (95 ml) milk– Coarse sugar or granulated sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix the sliced peaches, sugar, cornstarch, and ground cinnamon in a large bowl, then coat. Spread evenly in an 8-inch square baking dish. Set aside.

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt in another bowl. Cut cold cubed butter into dry ingredients with a pastry cutter or fork until pea-sized crumbs form. Just combine milk.

Scoop spoonfuls of biscuit mixture over peach filling. If desired, sprinkle coarse or granulated sugar. Bake 40–45 minutes at 375°F (190°C) until the filling bubbles and the topping is golden brown.

Cool on a wire rack for 20–30 minutes after removing from the oven, then serve and enjoy!
