Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Bite-sized mini chocolate chip cookies with softly crunchy, buttery edges, soft, chewy centers, and loads of melty little chocolate chips. 

– 1½ cups (180 g) all purpose flour – 2 teaspoon cornstarch – ¼ teaspoon baking soda – ¼ teaspoon salt – ½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter melted and cooled for 15 minute – ½ cup (100 g) light brown sugar – ¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar – 1 large egg (US), room temperature – 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract – 1 cup (170 g) mini chocolate chip

The oven should be preheated to 350 F (177 C). Put parchment paper on the bottom of a large baking sheet.

Combine the flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt in a mixing dish and whisk until thoroughly mixed.

Mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in another basin. Add the egg and vanilla and mix well.

Just combine the dry ingredients with the wet, mixing them together. Add the little chocolate chips and fold.

Lined baking sheet needs 1 tsp (5 ml) chocolate chip cookie dough. On a baking sheet, place chocolate chip cookie dough balls 1 inch apart. More mini chocolate chips.

The edges of the small cookies should set and turn a light golden brown after 8 to 10 minutes of baking.

After 3–4 minutes on the hot baking sheet, move the cookies to a cooling rack to cool to room temperature. Enjoy!
