Meatless Mondays or a quick protein-packed vegetarian meal? Try this Mongolian Crispy Tofu and Broccoli Stir Fry. Slightly fried firm tofu is tossed in a salty-sweet sticky sauce with wok-charred broccoli.
Crispy TofuHeat a large flat pan and oil it.Heat oil and fry sliced tofu until golden brown and crispy from both sides.Air Fryer: Oil tofu and air fry 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway. Crispy air-fry.

Cornstarch Slurry, Mongolian SauceStir soy sauce and sugar until sugar dissolves. Cornstarch and water slurry.

Combining it Fry ginger and garlic in wok oil for 10–20 seconds on high. Add broccoli and stir fry until slightly golden brown.

Add Mongolian sauce (soy sauce and sugar) and simmer for a minute. Add the cornstarch slurry to the wok and stir again.
