No-bake Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

Making your own Oreo crust for this easy peanut butter pie that doesn't need to be baked. This pie is great all year long!

Put Oreos in a food processor and process until fine crumbs. Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until combined.

Put the mixture in a 9-inch pie plate and press it into an even layer on the bottom and sides. While making the filling, chill in the fridge.

Beat cream cheese until smooth in a stand mixer with the whisk attachment or a large bowl with an electric mixer. Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until combined.

In another bowl, beat heavy whipping cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Just combine the whipped cream and peanut butter cream cheese on low speed.

Pour filling over crust and spread evenly after refrigerating. Cover and chill overnight or 4-5 hours. Add whipped cream and peanut butter cups after chilling. Slice, serve, enjoy!
