No-bake peanut butter pretzel bars are the perfect sweet-and-salty treat. These simple bars only require five ingredients!
INGREDIENTS
SERVINGS: 24 BARSFOR THE PEANUT BUTTER PRETZEL LAYER:– 3/4 cup (170 grams) unsalted butter, melted– 1 and 1/2 cups (180 grams) powdered sugar– 1 cup (250 grams) creamy peanut butter– 2 cups (200 grams) crushed pretzels (measured after crushing)FOR THE TOPPING:– 1 12-ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chip– 1/4 cup (65 grams) creamy peanut butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper, leaving some extra to make it easy to take off. Set the pan aside.

Mix melted butter, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and crushed pretzels in a large bowl. Push the mixture into the baking pan to form an even layer.

Microwave chocolate chips and peanut butter in 20-30 second increments in a microwave-safe bowl to melt and smooth. Stir well after each increase. Spread the mixture evenly over the bars.

Put it in the fridge for at least an hour with the lid on tight. Then take it out of the pan and cut it into bars.
