NUTELLA BROWNIES RECIPE

These Nutella brownies are my new favourite! They are chewy on the edges and gooey in the middle. Even better, they only need eight easy things to make them.

– ½ cup (115 grams) unsalted butter (sliced into tablespoon-sized pieces) – 4 ounces (113 grams) semi-sweet chocolate (chopped) – ¾ cup (150 grams) granulated sugar

Ingredient

– ¾ cup (225 grams) Nutella (divided) – 2 large eggs (room temperature) – 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract – ¾ cup (95 grams) all-purpose flour (spooned & leveled) – ¼ teaspoon salt

Direction

Start oven at 350°F (180°C). Lay an 8-inch square baking pan overhang. Spray foil brownies. Butter and chopped semi-sweet chocolate in a large microwave-safe bowl.

After each 30-second microwave use, mix until smooth and melted. Combine 150g Nutella and ½ cup sugar.  Eggs and pure vanilla. Flour, salt. Splash batter on pan.

Mix the remaining ¼ cup (75 grammes) Nutella in a microwave-safe bowl. 10–15 seconds microwave smooth. Cut 9 spoonfuls Nutella into brownie batter.

Bake brownies until the top is set and a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean, 32–38 minutes. Cool pan. Take foil-covered bars off pan.
