You don't even need a candy thermometer to make this Peanut Butter Fudge. All you need are a few simple ingredients. Great for a simple dessert!
INGREDIENTS
SERVINGS: 36 PIECES– 1 cup (230 grams) unsalted butter, sliced into tablespoon-sized piece– 1 cup (250 grams) creamy peanut butter– 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract– ⅛ teaspoon salt– 3 and ½ cups (420 grams) powdered sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Line an 8-inch square baking pan with foil or parchment paper. Put away.

In a large saucepan, melt the sliced butter and peanut butter over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth.

Stir in vanilla and salt after removing from heat. Mix in 1 cup (120 grams) of powdered sugar at a time until well combined, then add the remaining ½ cup (60 grams) until smooth.

Put the mixture in the baking pan and press it evenly. Refrigerate for 2 hours after smoothing the top. Cut the fudge when it's firm and enjoy!
