– 530 g (4 1/4 cups) all-purpose flour – 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast – 1 teaspoon salt – 70 g (5 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted – 75 g (1/3 cup) granulated sugar – 60 g (1/4 cup) sour cream, at room temperature – 1 large egg, at room temperature – 240 g (1 cup) warm whole milk
