Sautéed Shrimp Recipe

– 1 pound (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 3 cloves garlic, minced – 1 teaspoon paprika – 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a bit of heat) – Salt and pepper to taste – Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) – Lemon wedges (for serving)

Combine the shrimp, garlic, salt, paprika, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a medium mixing bowl. Toss together until the shrimp is well-coated

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon juice.

Top the sautéed shrimp with the lemon zest. Garnish with parsley.

Sauté shrimp quickly in a large skillet. Once opaque, remove to avoid overcooking. Pat dry for better texture and seasoning.
