Shrimp Alfredo Recipe

Ingredient

– 8 oz fettuccine pasta – 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined – 2 tbsp olive oil – 3 cloves garlic, minced – 1 cup heavy cream – 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese – Salt and pepper to taste – Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Direction

Bring a large pot of water and 2 teaspoons salt to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook until tender.

 Butter melts Stir in minced garlic and fry shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove skillet shrimp and put aside.

Add heavy cream to the saucepan and boil.Parmesan cheese should be mixed in until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Return cooked shrimp to skillet and heat for 2-3 minutes.

 Make sure the Alfredo sauce covers the cooked fettuccine pasta in the skille. Chop fresh parsley for garnish.
