– 1 pound of fresh salmon fillet, patted dry and skin removed– 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil– 3 cloves of garlic, minced– 1 tablespoon dried oregano– 1/2 teaspoon sea salt– 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper– Lemon wedges for garnish

Heat the oven to 375°F. Cover a rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment. Centre the salmon fillet on the baking sheet. Evenly coat the salmon with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
