Truffled French Fries Recipe

French fries are a common side dish on most American restaurant menus. However, truffle fries are made using truffle oil instead of ordinary oil.

Ingredient

– 1 ½ pounds russet potatoe – 2 cups peanut oil, for frying – 2 tablespoons truffle oil – 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
