Valentine’s day Brownies Recipe
A simple recipe for fudgy brownies cooked at home with additional chocolate and M&Ms. For Valentine's Day, these brownies are ideal!
– 1/2 cup (115 grams) unsalted butter , melted and slightly cooled
– 1 cup (200 grams) granulated sugar
– 2 large eggs , at room temperature
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup (65 grams) all purpose flour (spooned & leveled)
– 1/2 cup (45 grams) cocoa powder , sifted
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup (95 grams) semi-sweet chocolate chip
– 1/2 cup M&M'

Turn on oven to 350ºF. Leave overhanging parchment paper or aluminum foil on an 8x8-inch baking tray. Use cooking spray to coat foil and set aside.

Mix butter and sugar in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly after adding each egg. Add vanilla and mix.

The flour, cocoa powder, and salt should be combined in a separate basin and mixed together.

Mixing the dry components well with the wet ones requires whisking. Add the chocolate chunks and fold gently.

Pour thick brownie batter into the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle M&Ms evenly on top.
