Vanilla Bean Olive Oil Ice Cream Recipe

Lightly sweetened Vanilla Bean Olive Oil Ice Cream is delicious. Easy recipe and common ingredients make it fast. Vanilla beans, honey, and heavy cream are the foundation. Olive oil is utilised for pleasant flavour. Not much beats this creamy, cold treat. Easy and delicious, everyone's favourite ice cream improved!

Ingredient 

– 2 1/2 cups heavy cream – 1/2 cup honey, using more or less to taste – 2 teaspoons vanilla bean powder, or 2 tablespoons vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon flaky salt – 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil MAGIC SHELL – 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped – 1 tablespoon coconut oil

In a large bowl, beat cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form, 1-3 minutes. Adding honey, vanilla, and salt. Mix carefully.

Then, slowly add olive oil without overmixing the cream. Add cream to a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Cover and freeze for 6 hours until stiff. Enjoy simple or with magic shell (below).

MAGIC SHELL To manufacture magic shell. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave. Cook until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds. Use after 10 minutes of cooling.

Scoop ice cream into a dish or cone and drizzle with magic shell. After 1 minute, crack and enjoy!
